This Erasmus+ KA220 project focusses into research on e-Leardership, Organisational Skills, Remote Onboarding and Training, e-Teamwork and online wellbeing as well as problem solving skills and data intensive tools. The research has sought to benefit HR workers, and a MOOC was developed from our research into these topics. The research in this case came largely from academic literature reviews, sector and market analyses and Needs-Identification.
